NEXT is Bedrock Church’s next step of faith: securing a permanent home that will expand our capacity to make disciples and increase our impact for God’s Kingdom in Sarasota and beyond.

Over the last seven years, we’ve watched God faithfully build His Church. We’ve seen lives transformed, families restored, people baptized, and a community formed around the mission of bringing people to God and God to people in every part of their lives.

The building is not the vision. The vision has always been, and will always be, people.

Why it matters

• Room for a growing church. Our current meeting location no longer supports the needs of our growing congregation.
• A growing city. Sarasota is one of Florida’s fastest-growing coastal communities, creating significant opportunities for gospel outreach.
• The next generation. Investing in a thriving Early Childhood Ministry is one of the most effective ways to serve young families, build lasting relationships, and disciple the next generation.
• Reach beyond our walls. Expanding our digital presence extends the reach of the gospel and multiplies our ministry beyond the walls of the church.

On the horizon: the NEXT booklet also names a VPK, sports facilities, and Hope Housing, with timing still to be determined.

How to respond

1. Pray

   Everything starts with prayer. Ask God to show you what He’s doing through NEXT and how He wants you to be part of it.

2. Prepare

   Pray together as a family about what courageous generosity looks like in your home.

3. Propel

   Prayerfully determine your NEXT commitment and come ready to give with joy and expectation.
